I am 100% pro Chris Pratt. But he shouldn't be Indiana Jones. Gotta have that charmingly dick-ish swagger that Harrison Ford has. Pratt is too cuddly likeable, all the time. And that's not Indiana Jones. I also don't think he was that great in GotG … again, because he seemed too nice.

I'm partway there with you.

"Wayward Pines" as a title is about as stupidly, unnecessarily on-the-nose as General Grievous.

See "Homeland," THIS is how you do creepy underage seduction stuff.

It looks completely miscast and not very interesting.

And the absolute silence. The fact they didn't have to utter one tiny word – not even a "Wait," from Elizabeth as she braced herself, or a "Ready?" from Phillip – showed just how connected they are in that moment.

The Ava scenes keep my stomach in a knit the whole time. It's the exact opposite feeling I got when watching her prison storyline last year.

Yeah he's a dope and not that funny. But his New Rules segment is usually (hot always, but usually) spot on.

This comment should be higher up.

Wendy's arc would have been really good if it had taken place over like, 4-6 episodes instead of 13.

I saw this promoted tweet for it with a photo of Depp/Mortdecai grabbing Olivia Munn's boob and saying "Do you remember this day? I know my right hand does!"

There is no other show that I get excited for, yet makes my stomach turn into knots as I'm getting ready to watch.

It looks like they just recycled the scripts from that 'Rake' show that bombed, switched the main character's profession and rolled it out as a "brand new" show.

Oh, I didn't know that was a site! I feel dumb.

It's probably time to throw this in the "Lazy writing shortcuts" encyclopedia.

CBS is the king/queen of having shows based in specific industries, yet hiring writers who appear to know almost nothing about how that industry actually works. It drives me effing bonkers.

I saw Collateral on DVD awhile after it came out, and it kind of annoyed me that all those cool lines and moments were basically in the trailers. Kinda softened the punch it could have had for me.

Well, even if it's not her fault, she could still feel like it's her fault. There's enough of a connection there that she could logically blame herself.

The one thing that annoys me on this show is how all Stark's potions glow. It's so unnecessary. It doesn't make it look scarier, it just kind of looks like a cheap lighting effect.

They had just made out like, a day earlier. Giving a firm yes on "I wanna quit my job and start a family with you" within that time is sort of unreasonable. Especially if you're in the middle of other stuff. Just, hold up a second, let me pitch to this batter before I move on to the next.
