Those are my current coping methods. Also, running away from my feelings. 4 miles on the treadmill last night. I imagine I'm running away from her as she's trying to tell me her stories about herself.

Nah, it would just give her another story. Seriously.
Oh, if only. She would enjoy that too much.
I'm doing the CB thing. I really enjoy my job, otherwise, so I don't want her to be the only reason I'd leave, but it's getting to that point.
I am very much of the opinion that everyone has some good in them. But she is the exception that proves the rule (is that a thing?). The mental gymnastics I must perform to have a normal conversation with her are exhausting. She's immature, jealous, petty, and acts like a little baby robot who doesn't understand…

Agreed. Depends on your level of comfort with the person. Also if they are a terrible hugger it is kind of the worst, even if they're someone you like! Maybe if it's someone you like, you should offer hugging lessons?
Indeed there is not. I consented to all of these hugs.
Rioja is wine. Sometimes I'll do blueberries, but crushed pineapple has since taken over that spot. Triple sec! That was what I forgot.

Lovin it! Way to go!
That. Is brilliant.
I can do that with red wine, but not white wine. One or two glasses of white is my limit. A good cab, however, I may as well drink straight from the bottle.
I've made some great sangria, but I never follow recipes exactly. Usually I just taste it until it tastes right… but typically, my sangria includes: orange, lemon, lime, pineapple, peach or apple, rioja, and ginger ale (not too much!). I feel like I'm forgetting something…

Woo hoo! Happy birthday!
It depends on if the friend is good at hugging. I have a friend who, when he hugs you, if you were a video game character, your life bar would regenerate. There's a better way to describe that, but I can't think of it right now.
