I have XM and I hate that too.  For not having any commercials, they sure do like to play lots of what are, for all intents and purposes, commercials about how they don't have any commercials.  STOP FUCKING REMINDING ME.  JUST PLAY SOME GODDAMN MUSIC.  THE FUCK AM I PAYING FOR?!

@ Hat - I just generally feel very achy all over - no specific area hurts worse than any other.  Advil about 15 minutes before you go out should help.
