I just want my kids back.

Wonder how many times "holy shit my girlfriend will love this" was said in the past few hours.

Man, this album is funky. Good for you, Don-al.

Putain que c'est marant ça! Vraiment il faut les adorer, les Français. Ils n'ont rien à foutre.

Reading the title, I guessed Terminal Redux by Vektor. Shocked to see this Oranssi Pazuzu album instead. Completely different musical direction, but same themes and superlatives apply. Honestly I didn't get into this one too much, but it's gotten a lot of traction so I'll re-visit it.

- Mock!
- Yeah!

No way, ManUnKind is awesome.

I am a lifelong fan, meritoriously dislike much of their music, really like this new album, and agree with everything you said.

He is the best thing about the album, and his vocals sound better than I remember or thought possible. Jaymz rulez \m/

Skeletonwitch. Mastodon. High On Fire. Pallbearer. Leprous. Sumerlands. Sahg. Meshuggah. Ghost. Black Crown Initiate. Hammers of Misfortune. Nails. Grand Magus. Vektor. Cobalt. Amon Amarth. Witchcraft. Baroness.

Yeah, I agree with you. I wasn't sold on it on first listen and got tired out. But I have been playing this album almost every day, and liking songs I at first didn't like (Am I Savage, Murder One, Now That We're Dead) more and more on repeat listens.

The horse has no name.

I loved it instantly. Thanks for the tip, AVC.

Thanks for these suggestions. I never know where to start with podcasts. Katie Couric and Sam Bee were besties in 45 minutes flat; loved it.

"Finance" should be "fiance" (é if you're being pedantic), but otherwise a solid review of a fairly good episode of this mediocre show I've committed to enjoying because of the actors and the concept. Tim Meadows's dry non-jokes continue to be my favorite part of it all.

I was really enjoying it when I dropped off on this around TP 7 or 8, but now that I know it's ending I will round up the remaining issues and do a full re-read.

Did he talk much about Rampart?
