He dresses like you think a stereotypical German music guy would.

I don't know. From those buzzfeed photos, it looks like he used his money to date some girl who had posed nude in a magazine. That's kind of millionaire of him.

Agreed. And it's not like it was going to magically evaporate the contracts labels have with their artists.

But you can share with Dropbox by using your public folder. This sounds stricter than that.

Gingham Ray wears bingham shirts.

I think "The Hurt Locker" certainly has a sheen of a crowd-pleaser about it. It's technically an action film and an apolitical war movie. It's problem is that it's not crowd-pleasing enough for the mainstream and it's too crowd-pleasing for the non-mainstream, so it's perfect for the Oscars.

A world I want to live in.

Dude, his hands are dirty! He says so right in the dialogue!

I find it a little hard to believe anyone's even seen Glenn Close's movie.

Yes, but Katherine Heigl was not funny.

I've always thought Futurama integrated CGI with more traditional animation well. Especially in its first run, when it had FOX primetime money.

Wait, I'm supposed to know who that doctor was at the end? I guess I'm not paying enough attention.

I assume they just did what they had to with the budget they were given. Just like how the later Timm stuff didn't have the real orchestra score that BTAS had.

I thought the film made it clear that the events of Mattie's childhood were an Old Wild West Tale told from her perspective as an adult. That scene at the end with Younger and James wasn't there for nothing.

Thirded. I love that Superman show, but it never seems to get any love in these comments. It had a great premiere, was more consistent than Batman (while not quite reaching that show's heights), and had the great Kirby Fourth World-Darkseid stuff.

I think that's true. But at least you can imagine here that the egotistical Vandal Savage instituted a new symbol. So a bare minimum of in-story logic.

Plus, with the Vandal Savage-led Third Reich a bit more satisfactory case of the swastika always being censored for use in animation targeted at children.

I like the use of future Vandal Savage from the season 2 episode "Hereafter". Much more resigned to his fate, slightly crazed, but still a schemer.

Especially since season 2 was so much better than season 1.

Duffles!
