Andrew Jackson, America's dueling-est president. He fought at least 13, mostly over his wife's honour. In 1806, he killed Charles Dickinson, but only after letting Dickinson have the first volley, which he placed into Jackson's ribs. Jackson coughed up blood from time to time for the rest of his life.
