Depeche Mode also has a new album coming out on the same day called "Delta Machine"
Cool cover! Reminds me of the labels on the old Bowie vinyl albums.

I honestly had been on Bowie Deathwatch for the past several years so this is awesome news. Glad to see the man is back. Curiously enough, Suede also picked today to unleash their new single "Barriers." What a great day!

Bowie Returns!

This is old news AV Club. Depeche Mode announced their new album and European tour dates about a month ago. I thought this article was finally announcing the North American dates…

I couldn't make it through the first one, either. I wish Tim Burton would stop remaking old shit and think of something new and original to do.

Does this mean DBH will be out on blu-ray soon? The DVD for this one sucks ass.

I always drive by there on my way to LA from Palm Springs and the dinosaurs are really now just a sad afterthought due to all the fast food joints that have been built around them since they were featured in the movie. In the DVD commentary for Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, even Reubens and Tim Burton lament on this fact.

"That was Cher!
She was standing right over there!
Right next to my chair!
I hope I didn't stare.
I DON'T CARE!!!!"

I, for one, am happy to see Billy's coming back. He's the best Oscar host hands down. I would've loved to have seen Eddie host it but oh well. Jackman, Franco, hell even that one year Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin did it all sucked. Anyone who watches the Oscars tends to complain about something every year. At least

R.E.M. pretty much sputtered out after Bill Berry left, which obviously explains all the love on here on "New Adventures."  I stuck around for "Up" but gradually lost all interest after 2001's "Reveal." I did give all their recent albums a try but they all seemed to missing a key ingredient, and R.E.M. knew this too.
