I honestly had been on Bowie Deathwatch for the past several years so this is awesome news. Glad to see the man is back. Curiously enough, Suede also picked today to unleash their new single "Barriers." What a great day!

I always drive by there on my way to LA from Palm Springs and the dinosaurs are really now just a sad afterthought due to all the fast food joints that have been built around them since they were featured in the movie. R.E.M. pretty much sputtered out after Bill Berry left, which obviously explains all the love on here on "New Adventures."  I stuck around for "Up" but gradually lost all interest after 2001's "Reveal." I did give all their recent albums a try but they all seemed to missing a key ingredient, and R.E.M. knew this too.…
