When you're there, you're family.

I wuz gonna create my own thread but I'll put this here: I am so fucking SICK of people praising BBTs performance in the Man Who Wasnt There! Am I fucking missing something? Didn't he just, like, act like the walking dead through that insanely boring piece of shit? As I recall, he did not react, he was almost like

I call total bullshit on that snarky dismissal of Tony Banks. The opening piano to "Firth of Fifth", without emotion? The solo in "Cinema Show"? Who are you comparing him to - Rick Wakeman? Keith Emerson? Give me fucking break - Banks wrote melodys, chords and solos that were not about flash AT ALL like those other

John and John, of course.

You know what? I hate KISS, I really think they suck, but, shit, they do deserve to be in the Hall. Fuck.

PS I'm also a big fan of Genesis up to "Duke", but certainly favoring the Gabriel stuff. I really cannot believe they're in the Hall of Fame.

Oh holy shit Thelonious Monkey, you just made my day, yes! When is Gentle Giant gonna get some love?!?! Hope you were not being snarky because I am absolutely sincere, one of my all-time favorite bands and one of the few of the old proggers I still listen to regularly.
GG rules. They made about 12 albums and every

Left of the Dial.

Someone talkin' about me?

Ooops, sorry Comte.

My pen! MY PEN!!!!!!

A Rochester bar crowded by hipsters? Must be the size of a closet.

Dave Foley was there once or twice.

This looks awesome!!!!!
Didn't see Kevin MacDonald until the very end, got nervous he was not back as well, but the Kids are Back in Town! Yeehah! Looks like very funny stuff!

"she watches her sister and parents (Mark Wahlberg and Rachel Weisz)"
"Nuff said, thanks, I'll take a pass.

Best Willard scene EVAH - he and Cartherine O'Hara's version of "Midnight at the Oasis" from Guffman. It doesn't get any better than that.

Fans of horror movies that use Nazi imagery are hardly encouraged to, and rarely, wear said imagery on their shirts, which is read as an endorsement of that mindset. Bands like Slayer do encourage their fans to do so, so its not a fair comparison.

KOAS - +1.

And let's not forget, despite the revelry -

Great meeting everyone!
A splendid time was had by all! Great turn out, very entertaining presentation by the staff, who were all super nice and friendly - even Rabin. (I keed I keed.) A treat seeing what a room full of hipster douchebags looks like! Shout out to Little Alex and Mass Hysteria!
