FORESHADOWING
Can we confirm that Qyburn is actually just going to give the Mountain a pair of roller skates?
They sold Gendry to Melisandre, who has presumably wicked intentions, in order to finance their terrorist organization.
Which is appropriate of course because, except in name, Tywin was the actual king.
"King's blood." Hmm…
Not to mention it's not even their fault! Those two didn't do anything wrong (that we know of)…
I hope Jorah, Varys, Tyrion and Arya all end up in Braavos, if only to have some characters all placed in one spot.
How does Sarah Palin feel about wine?
"King Beyond the Wall? Guess I need some more leeches!"
Lannister? More like shitcannister!
It's pretty well-established at this point that Arya's main motivation is revenge. She has a laundry list of names that are still out there: Minus Joffrey, Tywin and The Hound, there's still Cersei, Ser Ilyn Payne, the Mountain, Ser Beric Dondarrion, Thoros of Myr, and the Red Woman. Those people aren't going to kill…
I think it's the latter — Meera
To be fair to the Hound, she WAS wielding a Lannister sword. When she's saying that she's pledged to Cat Stark and yet is bandying about a memento from Jaime Lannister, I think the suspicion is justified.
Not sure how the Reeds come across in the books, but I feel like they are pretty underwhelming on the screen. But I am happy that Jojen did get one great moment this season, before his demise: "I saw the snow fall and bury your bones."
My guess: if the Hound doesn't survive, his story gets tied up by some peasant coming across his body and trying to get the reward.
Remember, Lady Olenna didn't WANT Loras to marry Cersei. You don't discard your best rose, or something to that effect. The Tyrells are probably relieved.
At least there's a lot of wine.
A few of them will probably end up being horrified, too, by the time this is all over.
That makes sense.
