Thought it was a surprisingly solid effort. This show hasn't been great for years, but if you take "Farhampton" for what it was, then it was pretty entertaining. Had some pretty good laughs (Quinn being in the room was my favourite moment), and they did the drama just right as well.

I quite enjoyed the pilot, to be honest. Do I think this show is going to make it to season 2? Not really, but I reckon it'll probably make for a decent ride along the way.

The NYADA stuff was great (I didn't have the same issues with the Kate Hudson character), and while a lot of the McKinley stuff was a bit off, it still resonated with me emotionally (especially the Burt scene - it's a shame O'Malley has only ever once…

I never really tried out the show last year, but adding Britney pushed me to watch this. She's doing okay for now, but I'm interested to see how someone who needs her own set of handlers is going to deal with mentoring people.

Not convinced about the new format. I miss the drama of the judges' table and the scoring is just as arbitrary as ever. I don't mind the viewers' comments, but the YouTube videos are plainly ridiculous - hoping they get phased out. And the scoring really kills a lot of the excitement in general, making it a little too…
