I had to reread the post 3 times to make sure I was certain of what I was reading. I agree it's stupid.

That's what I thought too. Plus it's not like your being denied the pleasure of an unexpected twist in a story or character reveal. Which might than change your enjoyment. You're missing the 10 seconds of drama when they announce who won and you get to go "Oh that's who i wanted to win!"

I just started watching the Wire this week and just left the comments on the article about Spoilers because there were comments about The Wire. Only to come here and find this comment. What can this riddle of fate mean?!?

A friend of mine was complaining on Facebook about spoilers for the Golden Globes and saying everyone who posted stuff about the results but didn't like spoilers about TV shows etc hypocrites.
