Surprised to see this but no article on the big Powerpuff Girls reboot casting decision/character design reveal that happened yesterday too. Not surprised that all of these reboots are popping up all over the place. CN craves that sweet, easy merchandising money.

Those colorful flickering filters made me feel like I was watching some crappy student short, and they were just throwing whatever type of filter on top they could to make it more hallucination-y and arty.
