I cannot stand the man either. I am impressed by a lot of guests that he has on the podcast but he so frequently brings the conversation back to him (and regularly uses stupid voices / accents when doing so) that we learn more about him than the guests.

Well it certainly sucks!!

By the by, for anyone who likes The Snapper / The Commitments, try to check out an Aussie movie called The Castle. It is on a similar wavelength to the aforementioned but with its own Aussie charms. Eric Bana is in it too.

The Snapper is a better movie, the performances are much better and it has better lines. Plus is has Brendan Gleeson in it.
