Gotham (Fox). "Mad City: Look Into My Eyes". Hypnotist Jervis Tetch comes to Gotham to find his sister Alice and employs Gordon to help him; Penguin decides to run for mayor; Bruce's doppelganger begins to channel him, confusing several people.
