Wow, I saw 11 of those in theaters, and I think that's only like a fraction. I went to the movies a ton as a teenager. Now? The biggest thing that stands out about those is Alien 3 had to have been the darkest movie I've ever seen. I still remember not being able to tell what was going on in a bunch of scenes in that.

Speaking of 92, it's full of plot holes and ridiculous moments that I think Ebert made fun of to great effect, but I actually really enjoyed Shining Through when I saw it. It's been years, so I may not feel the same now, but I found it entertaining at the time.

The thing that always stood out to me about The Piano was just how much Holly Hunter ass Keitel grabbed in that sex scene. I mean, he really went in there and grabbed it which stood out to my impressionable teenage self. Damn teens today will never know the kind of grim reality of a Harvey Keitel/Holly Hunter sex

I'd have to disagree with terming Myra Breckinridge unwatchable. I mean, it is awful, certainly, but it is one of those thoroughly entertaining terrible films. Between John Huston's incredibly hammy, and quite funny, performance, Raquel Welch in her "prime", young Tom Selleck and Farrah Fawcett randomly running

Other than Dumb & Dumber, I mostly remember him as the guy who wears an eye patch and really "likes" his sister in John Candy's Delirious.

I'd count Vacation, Caddyshack, Fletch, Seems Like Old Times and Foul Play as 5 really good comedies. There are a few other decent ones. Way more bombs, but in the grand scheme of things, that's still a pretty good number of top level comedies to someones name.
