This is as a good a time as any to admit I had a thing for Marcy during the first couple of seasons when she had the longer hair and her character was more uptight and sweet and not the scary ball-buster. I even vividly remember the christmas episode with her wearing the blue blazer and dancing at the bank captivating

Everything from Jessica Harper catching the cab in the pouring rain straight through that first murder is really striking. Grabs you right from the start.

Madonna Dons Noxious Accent

I'm 30 and grew up with it in local syndication as a kid. I still find it quite funny. I think some of the episodes hold up exceedingly well. Quite surprisingly I think the stuff when they're out in Hollywood holds up shockingly well. Fandom, obsession with celebrity, being famous, celebrity gossip coverage, etc. is

Agreed about liking the way this kind of finale allows viewers to imagine how the story kind of goes from there. It leaves a more pleasant taste in the mouth about investing a few hours in a show that was really given much of a shot for a future. Since it is almost certainly done, hope to see the cast members pop up

Johnny Depp died during the filming of Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas. I think it's wonderful that Burton has kept his memory alive through the magic of CGI.

Simply take Eva Green's forehead, Emma Stone's eyes, Emily Blunt's nose and lips, Rachel Weisz hair and the shape of Krisen Wiig's face and you sort of get a Hathaway.

Kate Winslet reminds me of a frequently less clothed Myrna Loy. Surprised she isn't in consideration for this. Eva Green works for me though.

I think Lauren Lapkus is adorable. Couldn't get me to watch Chelsea though, but I've found her appealing in the couple of things I've seen her in.

I think summing it up as a pleasent show to watch is just about right. There's no huge laughs, or overly sharp biting humor, it's just a really enjoyable show to watch with characters who are fun and well played by the cast.

Mortensen and Fassbender were fine, but I thought Knightley was the clear standout performance in A Dangerous Method. I know some thought she was a bit over the top, but she owned that film in my opinion.

Modern era would be Eva Green in The Dreamers for me.

Yes, I remember seeing that in middle school. I don't recall the teacher saying anything about that scene. I think the thing is rated PG, so they don't feel too worried about someones parent making a big deal over it if their kids mention it.

My teenage years are coming back with those two movies. Jane March in Color of Night, Kim Basinger in The Getaway remake, Sherilyn Fenn in lots of things and Kari Wuhrer in something whose titles I never bothered to remember were also favorites.

The reality is that it's still going to end the season as their highest rated scripted show. It's not getting cancelled.

Hopefully it does well enough for them to entertain the thought.

Totally agree. I was pleasently surprised, because the ads didn't look too appealing, and the burn-off way these are being aired made me hesitant, but the good reviews made me give it a chance. The entire cast was very charming, and it just kind of zipped along.

Since I grew up on Three's Company repeats, I feel like Jeffery Tambor was part of my childhood, because no show used guest actors over and over again in different roles more than Three's Company.

A "Weekend at Bernie's" remake? You can't top perfection.

I'd have loved to have watched them in that kind of setting.
