I have literally been waiting for this for a decade, I think I first saw something about it shortly after School of Rock came out and I looked it up on IMDB. It must;ve been tought to cast parts in 2002 with actors that you had to make sure would still be reasonably popular in 12 years time and also not dead.

Halle Berry's career has always weirdly fluctuated between Oscar prestige and bargain bin roles. CBS summer sci-fi show seems to skew towards the latter.

This all seems to be increasingly "just like one of my Japanese animes!"
