Rereading Henry Miller's Rosy Crucifixion. Finished Sexus on Saturday and began Plexus yesterday. Three of my all-time favorite books.

Makes all the sense, as Mulholland Drive was originally intended for TV.

Sure. That doesn't mean that bright clothing is in itself cartoonish. That's pretty much where we're at in these reviews.

THANK YOU!

It's criminal not to mention Stephanie Allyne.

I'm with you. I've expressed my disdain for it numerous times during this binge.

Being from Chicago (where Fey also lived a time), I thought of Richard Speck.

It wasn't "Brother Badass", but "Brother BAPTIST." Get it?

She's great. Never even struck me that she was remarkably tall.

1. Nitpicking other comments: it's Pizza Rat Blvd., not Rd.
2. I knew Gwen was going to call out that cardigan as Kimmy's "cartoon-character" clothing. I like the reviews overall, but maybe let's skip that feature next season?
3. I didn't see anyone mention Jacqueline's rolling up/rolling out of the rug. That was

I've got such a huge crush on Camp. She has a warmth that the aptly named January could never convey.

I'm starting to resent Gwen's insistence on picking on a "cartoon" outfit in every episode. It's overreaching and borderline condescending.

I'll hop on here with my grievance that this wasn't really, in fact, a full-fledged musical episode. If it were, as you pointed out, Krakowski would have had a song, and we would have gotten some actual complete songs. (Titus is wonderful, of course, but all we got was a verse, maybe two, here and there.) Kane

FUCK YEAH CUBS!!

I think Kimmy and Dong have plenty good chemistry. To each their own, and all that.

I've never heard of this (although, yes, I was familiar with YouTube ten years ago.) Most of the comments here indicate it was a hit with the then-high school crowd. Was it mostly a thing among them? (I was in my mid-20's, as were most of my friends.)

No, it wasn't. That's not going to stop people from crying that it WAS, and it WASN'T FUNNY, because people love to complain.

I'm guessing it was acknowledgement of the Court legalizing gay marriage.

I missed that!

The best signage of the episode was at the nightclub, which was named SCOTUS.
