Really though, this is the hipsterdouche comment of the year.
Yeah, but I said THE STROKES, and I was talking about their ALBUMS, so gtfo.
Unofficially apart of Is This It, ya dingbat.
It isn't "fun" horrible, it's "utterly depressing" horrible.
Almost included this along w/ the two that the guy mentioned above, but as I said, I deemed them as non-essentials.
I like them, but they are non-essentials.
The production flair is off-putting, the lyrics arent nearly as strong or emotional, songs like "It Gets Better" and "One Foot" are so fucking annoying that they want to make me bash my skull in, and overall the album just sounds like it was made for the radio, whereas Aim and Ignite sounds like a collection of deeply…
The other tow members former bands, The Format and Steel Train, are both better than fun. too!
Good Strokes songs:

I'm leaving my ironic tones at the door and saying thank god the best pop band from '00's is back. Fight. Me.
Tell JJ to leave the Spock ears at the door.
In other news, every garage rock band from the late '60s/early '70s are suing The Black Keys.
Like every pilot it had its problems, but also has my interest. Bacon is pretty great too.
