Theory: 10 years after the zombie apocalypse, Rick became the 1st President of the USNA, and this is the film of his autobiography, released after 11 years of his presidency when his approval ratings are slipping for being overly impulsive and violating the 22nd Amendment.

'Adolescence goes until 30. What have we become?'
Hobbits, perhaps?

I was taken out of the episode by the fact that the info on T-Dog's fate was completely unsolicited and provided by a character not even until that point having a conversation. Almost, if not entirely, as though his death were an afterthought both a) for the characters and b) for the writers. Like those jokes on the

If I'd been in Andrea's position, I'd have been thinking "If I kill him, how does that bring about peace? What will the Woodbury citizens do? Will some of them go 'She's an assassin! Burn her!' What will that achieve?" I think then I'd have decided: Go back to the prison and float the following idea: sneak into

If Breaking Bad's discussion show is Talking Bad and Walking Dead's is Talking Dead, what's Mad Men's? Mad Zen?

Because the worst grade imaginable is an A minus minus?

Zombieland is a great film, with one exception: It's a misnomer. They're not zombies; the main characters even state as such. Man, that is flagrant false advertising!

If they're doing this now let's hope they're doing Lisey's Story next. As long as it's good, that is.

Reading all this from 2014 as someone who forgot to watch quite a bit of TWDS3B and then forgot that she forgot, I'm quite willing to give the show a much higher pass quotient than much of this site, because it's nowhere near as insultingly awful as Season 8 of Dexter (and I only watched the first 1/2 of that season;

How dare you! It's at least two-dimensional…

Easy solution? Develop a ZombiesOnlyGun. Get inventin', folks!

I do like the way he got Costiganed. That manner of TV death always creeps me out.

You fool! Can't you see it's a massive Governor conspiracy? Or have they gotten to you too?!

Speaking of ripping out eyes, would Nathan Fillion have made a good Governor?

They're as bad as Khlav Kalash. The show isn't. (Seriously though, the reviews are pretty good as far as I'm concerned, but I more often enjoy the show more than reading them; the complaints about lack of characterisation are not all that wrong, but somehow I care less about said lack than the reviewers often seem to.)

If you're British, a G is possible, as F is technically a pass and U is the equivalent of F (it goes straight from G to U, no H through T). This episode is a B for me.

Also, as a writer, I find it pretty close to impossible to criticise the writing of shows I still watch. For me to criticise writing, my suspension of disbelief first has to snap, and with this show, it mostly hasn't yet. Andrea's speech so easily pacifying the crowd is something of an exception. If she'd encouraged a

I can't think of a character I don't care about. There are plenty of characters I don't know much about, but I channel that more into frustration that they're not getting much chance to be themselves than into indifference towards their fates. I have a We Hardly Knew Ye thing going on for most of the dead characters.

I find myself way more devastated at the thought of some of the lesser known characters dying than some of the more major ones. I'd be incredibly sad if they killed off Beth.
