I had been arbitrarily hating on this movie for a while due to the whole "US GAMERS HUH?" aspect.

actually I did all those things and I hated the movie most of all

the problem with Battlefield is you have to stay awake long enough for something cool to happen

eh you are pretty much wrong here.  Black Ops ran on the older IW 3.0 Engine.  MW2 and MW3 both run on the newer and smoother IW 4.0 engine, mw3 is just an improved version of the mw2 engine.  Any problems you are having are most likely caused by user error.
