Good point. Pride cometh before the fall. Both Lester and Lorne allowed their puffed up sense of themselves bring them down.
But Lester taking out Malvo like that was one of my favourite parts. I mean, he's despicable, but that was a smooth move. I couldn't fathom why he was throwing clothes everywhere. Very

Anyone think Season 2 will involve Molly's dad's incident at Sioux Falls in the 79? Has it been mentioned before?

Lester's death is a callback to Gerry's capture in the movie. Short, apt, and perfectly in character.

Not sure if I agree 100% on your police work there Lou.

I'd like to think that a certain character missing from the last few episodes will also make a return next season. The one connected to the inanimate object.

I don't know if 'I get to be Chief' is a complete win. Yes, she gets to be in charge and teach deputies (like Gus, kind of) to take down evil. But Bill's speech resonates. Being chief means staring into the fire (or Howie's briefcases) and contemplating the nature of man. It means knowing there is evil out there

Yeah, it's a dismissive 'Yea'. Like, sure thing Enquirer. Then the guy asks him what's going on and he's a little incredulous that the guy's even asking that - "Where shooting the show (obviously)". But it's when the interviewer asks if Bob's with the show, Bob says he's an actor in it, and the guys says "Oh, I

It's very charming. His whole demeanor changes as soon as the interviewer says, in a very Canadian way, 'Oh, I didn't know that' when Bob says he's an actor on it. He's used to TMZ press and he suddenly realizes this is just some local reporter doing a 'Man on the Street' about the big happenings in town today.

The best thing about this is that Bob was dismissing the guy until he realized the interviewer had no idea who he was. Then he stopped and talked. Very nice.

I wish this one had been on the list. One of my favourite 'Dad' songs. A deadbeat Dad full of regret and trying to make it right. Only Jarvis Cocker could pull this off, although I'd love to hear a country version as it's an almost perfect Nashville song. (The city, not the show)

Exactly. I mean, referencing Solomon Grundy at all is a win.
Better than "Superman never made any lucre/Saving the world for Lex Luthor"

It's my bread and butter.

2 things.
1. A kryptonite is weed here. Don't go play with your clean-cut, preppy friends Lois. Come downtown and smoke weed with us dirty hippies.
2. This, not Jimmy Olsen's Blues, is the definitive dead Superman song of the early 90s (there were a surprising amount) - https://www.youtube.com/wat…

Eavesdropping on conversations. Silly Misunderstandings. Gigantic Pratfalls. And they shot Mr. Furley in the end. Best Threes Company episode ever.

The Artful Detective? Isn't it called Murdoch Mysteries?

Stop. BonerTime is right!

Blame Canada.

Thanks, and exactly. We don't know he's dead and the only reference I've heard about him (if I'm remembering right) was very vague about his condition. I think he's still alive.

Do we know Chilton is dead? He was shot through the neck, but that's not necessarily fatal.

You're absolutely right.
