Enemy Mine reference?
Enemy Mine reference?
Maybe a huge action setpiece involving a ferris wheel
*Makes giant loop track. Car flies off and break expensive vase. Blames sister*
The Ghost of Christmas yet to come, in the inevitable holiday scrooge episode
Your mileage may vary, of course
You're assuming there is only one
I for one welcome our Marvel overlords
I read that as Britishliy Occultish Dr. Strange show, and lamented that Cumberbatch was probably too busy
SHIELD already has a full season ordered. Firefly never got that
The lone exception being Spider-Man, I think
Yes, but the point was none of those characters were known for being a stand-alone hero. Sue Storm isn't known as well outside of the Fantastic Four. Neither is Phoenix, Storm, Shadowcat, or even Black Widow
Ok, that's…..suitably creepy
Encyclopedia Brown and the Mountains of Madness?
Young Sherlock Holmes anyone?
That made me laugh a lot harder than it should have
Fair enough. To me there is a Spider-Man hold in the universe. I've been blessed to miss all the movies and never cared about the character really
I would submit that the model was different from the beginning. In my opinion, the first three "heroes" that come to mind when DC is mentioned are Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman.
Fair point, but Wonder Woman has been a DC staple for decades now on a level with Batman and Superman What stand-alone female superheroes does Marvel even have at that level? The only one that comes to mind is She-Hulk which was never more than cheese in the comics.
Eh. I never paid as much attention to the Avengers. To me he was always better known as Henry Pym the scientist than Ant-Man, or Giant Man, or whatever
It's the curse of DC comics.
