i saw the go-getter for the first time on netflix a few months ago and watched it about four times in the span of about three weeks because i'm a sucker for sappy indie movies starring zooey deschanel.

according to Kevin Feige, when they were developing the show, he let them know about the main plot of the Winter Soldier and they wrote the show with that in mind

they did mention captain america though. there was a scene where they referenced captain america taking down the helicarriers, but i don't remember who said it or when it happened in the episode. but they did reference it!

bookworm is definitely in my top 5

the whole sketch is hilarious, but what puts it over the top for me is the increasingly loud voice reading the name of the shop at the end of the commercial.

i cheated, sorry.

didn't michael or zachariah (i can't remember which) tell dean that he and sam were descendents of cain and abel? or am i just making that up in my head? i'm pretty sure it was in season 5 during all that "destiny" talk about them causing the apocalypse

i was afraid this would be the first year where i didn't listen to a single band featured on this list, then Their / They're / There came up. that was a close one!

you'd think with all his enthusiasm about superheroes, Coulson would know that throwing a guy into what is essentially a vat of dangerous chemicals is just asking to create a supervillain

if the sentence "I really enjoy the band Into It. Over It. because Evan Weiss is a great songwriter." or anything of the sort is "utterly incomprehensible" to you, maybe the problem is your stupid brain.

the finale isn't an hour long, according to the schedule on adult swim's website, unfortunately.

DAAAAAAAVE

REESTIE'S PEANUT BUTTER KLORMPS

no wonder he ran away. trying to escape his former life, no doubt.

someone is just looking for an excuse to put phil down.

i don't know that i've ever laughed harder at a TV show than the very first time Charlie played the Night Man song in Sweet Dee's Dating a Retarded Person.

that line is the perfect summation of pretty much the whole series

you know, i should have seen Meg's death coming, considering she said "if we survive this…"
that's never a good sign

"CARL, WATCH THE WIRE"
"…this isn't really the time or place for tv recommendations, dad."

i swear daisy said one of the girls was named 'amantha' but then dalia said 'amanda'
i'm so confused
