that one wins for me because it seems to be more inescapable at karaoke, at least in my experience.

I've always been partial to "Shit List."
weren't the Nixons from OKC? They were like the one 90's band that Oklahoma could claim besides of course the Flaming Lips.
ehh… it still sounds better than nutri-loaf
of course at this point half the cast would probably be in jail anyways if this were real life, Angela for hiring a hit man, Nellie for baby-napping, Ryan for child endangerment, Dwight for any number of things.
that was a moment that could have very easily come across as cheesy but I thought the actors sold it.
wouldn't the statue of limitations have ran out on whatever he got arrested for?
yeah that is ridiculous. My eyes are heavy with fatigue after only 2 hours. And that's the average, which means for everyone like me who averages 1.5 hours a day you have some poor slob watching 9.5 hours.
yeah I just don't get the love for Bob's Burgers at all either. I checked out Archer a few times and that show just seems like a million times better. Bob's isn't as funny as Simpsons or the MacFarlane shows and KOTH did the character-driven thing so much better. Plus the animation on Bob's I find to be a bit…
Leadbelly's version is great and I sort of prefer it… but it sounds totally different. Way more low-key and off the cuff.
love that song.. always am surprised it's by the Animals.. seems more like it should be by Steppenwolf or something.
That's Roxette, fool!
It's a scientific fact that music attained perfection in 1974.
I will never understand that argument. Using that logic you would also have to hate Goodfellas.
I liked that Juice Newton song when I was a kid just because she talks about the Joker and I thought she was singing about the Batman Joker.
And yet the 70's had some of the best, arguably the best, albums and music ever recorded. And as Your Own Petard mentions, pretty much all the "modern" genres of music, hip-hop, electronic, reggae/dub, punk rock, prog rock, all had their genesis in the 70's.
I guess this is the episode that was supposed to be the pilot for "The Farm." Couldn't help but think of Roy from the Simpsons.. I'm going to live on a farm with three sexy ladies!
your point still stands.. but Hoop Dreams is 170 minutes.. that movie is long as fuck. Really great though.
Ugh. Heard that one way too many times at karaoke nights. Come to think of it.. don't think I've ever actually heard "Two Princes" at karaoke.
That's funny because the dude is fat.
