That's cool.  He does a good job.  It's a small role, but memorable.  According to Wikipedia the same character appears in the episode "Members Only" when him and Hesh get beat down by some of Phil Leotardo's goons, but it looks like he's played by a different actor in that one.

i think it's good that he doesn't come right out and explain it.  adds a little mystery to it.  but really it should be pretty obvious what the intended interpretation is.
