While I agree that several of those examples are a bit of a stretch, i do find it hard to believe that the egg thing is entirely a coincidence. This show is so meticulously planned-out in all the details that I don't find it far-fetched at all that they would put this in there, as sort of an "Easter egg" if you will…

maybe it was the Russian… or Furio?  Or possibly both of them in cahoots with Bigfoot?

to be fair, I'm sure that scene would also be just as terrible WITH the laugh track.
