She does seem smarter than Carm though. And she doesn't really seem ruthless enough to take over the family business, what with her love of helping the indignant and all…

yeah The Sopranos made good use of "Oops I Did it Again" but I fucking hate that song.

yeah i think you're correct about the g/c thing. It's also the case with another word they use "Gumare" or "Comare" or however you spell it. I've seen it both ways.

I don't really care much for that one besides the projectile-vomit scene.

Another thing that clearly wasn't planned before-hand was the Tony Blundetto character from Season 5. It's pretty clear they were all like, "Awesome, we've got Steve Buscemi in our cast, so now we gotta come up with a role for him. How about a cousin who's just getting out of jail?"

welcome back Todd!
I've really missed these Wednesday write-ups, and one of the best comment sections around.

shit I wouldn't pay more than 30 bucks to see a show.. unless its a music festival or something like that…

The first Peaches album was awesome but everything else i've heard from her is terrible. She always comes up with great album titles, though. I've gotta give her that.

In Rainbows was '08. I think you are right about all those others though…

it''s really pretty easy to go through life and completely avoid hearing any of this stuff.

2014 is actually a pretty good guess.

Tuxedomonkey, I'm familiar with the works of BOC!

yeah you're right! Lenny's not married… why would he be shaving some random woman's legs?

yeah, but i don't feel dumb now for not getting it. that's an elusive punchline.

ok i may be missing something really obvious but I totally don't get that Sneed's Feed & Seed joke?

It's about the Loch Ness Monster.

no, but "Walk Like an Egyptian" correctly predicted the current troubles in Libya… it's all in there, just read the lyrics!

Sister City was the one with the Venezuelans, right?

I enjoyed the episode too, but I have to admit the whole proposal sequence seemed pretty unrealistic.

"In My House" is good, but I'll second "All Night Long". A perfect pop song.
