Best part of the episode for me? The cut to Jake asleep in his car 5 hours after he got Charles to finally talk - I thought that was what really drove the heartiness of this episode home.
For reasons I can't quite explain, I instinctively read that in Jurgen von Strangle's voice.
Let's face it, you can't get a much better theme song than what Bender came up with.

I think it was based on something that happened within the cast - I remember watching an interview where Pereti said she got Braugher into Words with Friends and was impressed with how he managed to go from words like 'sucrose' to 'nasty'.
