I came up with this same bit of fanwank on my own. Interesting to see that someone else thought of it, too.

15-year-old Olivia Hussey is the greatest thing ever committed to film.

As I said in a thread above, I was disappointed in it at the theater on its first release, but really enjoyed it when I saw it again a few years ago. But you have to give yourself up to the cheese & camp to love it.

I remember being disappointed with it after first seeing it in the theater during its initial run, even though I loved the visuals.

I'd like to see a list of the directors ranked according to votes or points or whatever received regardless of which film the votes were for. It would be a nice adjunct to this list. You wouldn't need write-ups or anything, just the list.

Not only because the other candidates are male, but because Z is dismissing her work as only fit for "young adults", i.e. it's childish, which is one of the oldest tricks in sexist literary criticism, especially when followed by a list of male authors championed as being so much better than the offending female.

I was trying to figure out if you know how sexist this sounds or if your head is just that far up your ass, but I decided I was wasting my time…
