Agreed, I don't think the particulars are supposed to matter in this case and this storyline is done.

You could also say that maybe Elam went and had a quiet word with Lilly, told her what happened and she had someone go get him and string him up, but in the end it probably doesn't matter that much, I just don't see it coming up again later but I could always be proven wrong

Yeah, you're probably right on that a different black man would have probably been hung for killing the guy but I guess Elam is fully under Durant's protection at this point.

Probably a bromance that involves punches to the face, I mean isn't that what Bohannon and Durant have going on? I never thought about Elam being into Lilly cause supposedly he loves Eva and a love square would be too much.

Exactly…once he stops "nesting" he will be back to normal, they would never have the balls to kill him off.

Awesome.True Blood Mad Libs, this is probably how they make storyline decisions.

Pretty small I think, if they ever do, it probably wouldn't be till the series ends whenever that will be. I could see Nora biting it but she's not a main character, then again they might just add her to their already overloaded cast.

I understand, he is one of those guys while I can see what other women see in him (nice body, mostly) he doesn't do it for me…that would be Eric and Jason on this show.

That is a really good question, I don't see why they would since they can't procreate, but then why do they cry if they're bodies are dead their shouldn't be any fluids left but maybe the tears are recycled blood…ugh, who knows, why do I even try to make sense of something on True Blood?

Yeah, I found that odd too, time really passes slowly in Bon Temps, and I thought he started kind of dating(or at least was trying to) Holly before the fairy bang happened but I could be wrong, some of the stuff on this show just blends together.

To be fair the general seemed pretty stupid himself, he's gonna walk in a room full of vampires and threaten them and not bring backup? I know they mentioned that his entourage was in the lobby or something but that didn't help him any.
