"C'mon, JAHHHHN."- Crossfit Jesus
I might've seen this had they cast The Architect, Seth Rollins. But Cena? I'll Cena-it on Netflix.
What's funny is when the 20 Best Albums article came up, I commented how sad it was that I was getting so old and out-of-touch that I didn't know hardly any of the non hip-hop albums (I knew about Kendrick and Vince Staples). It sometimes comes across as a weird form of bragging "I don't know who John Misty is the…
The first five or so entries were all movies to which I thought "that exists?!"
I've avoided Man of Steel because I've heard it's a little too focused on Snyder's baser interests. That and… can we all admit Goyer sucks? His best stuff was probably HEAVILY edited when he worked with the Nolans. Dude somehow saved someone's pet dog from being run over and woke up twenty years later as the go-to…
What happened, Bruce? When even Kevin Smith and Sylvester Stallone are disparaging your heart and passion, you gotta get your shit together.
No problem. Will read the article, and at least it seems like you like and enjoy movies, which oddly a lot of movie reviewers seem to have a problem with.
Jesse, you're one of my favorites on here… but is what the man above me said true? Superman Returns is the best Superman of all time? C'mon. I could overlook the prequels defense, but… there's a limit.
Huh. Really? I must've missed that one. I gotta google that.
"Question for Paulie."
Interesting. Thanks for the info. I guess that would've been his first proper sequel (since Kill Bill is technically one movie).
Wait, this was gonna be a sequel to Django Unchained? First I've read of that. I'm guessing Col. Warren started out as Django?
Yeah, and he's one of the main reviewers on this site!
What's funny is I hear people talk about how they're kinda in that situation now with The New Day. And there was some online talk about how during TLC it seemed like they were trying to position Team BAD as the Newer Day.
"the shoving of Reigns down my throat." is a phrase in thousands of fan-fics, you know.
Well they don't need a title change every week, but they DO need something to capture the audience's attention and create an incentive to watch live. As much as I hate people who lionize the Attitude Era, there was more of a feeling of "anything can happen," back then, which they need desperately.
I was just thinking the other day how there's never any title changes on RAW now, and that PPVs are less important in the Network era, so if anything there should be MORE changes on RAW.
Yeah, the manager is a concept I wish they'd explore more outside of Brock and Rusev… who doesn't really need one, he's great on the mic.
The poor girl who's in your profile pic that was in the Onions Personals ad is probably married now. Or a former regular here who can't come back without seeing her twentysomething mid-'00s face.
Fuck it, I liked a lot of season four. The first parents-focused episode was a little slow, but damned if they didn't go super-dark and experimental.
