The flip side of that is that they banned a bunch of people a few weeks ago on an article about equal pay for the US Women’s soccer team when it was pointed out that the article wrongly stated that the USMNT had not made any statement on the matter.

I’ve never bothered to try.  I guess you could e-mail tech support and ask what’s up and if you can be unbanned.  At the very least they will hopefully tell you why you got banned; if the author that banned you has moved on they could possibly restore you back to the greys.

This is what I don’t get.  If it was something serious the administration is playing their cards unusually close for once and keeping a tight circle on information.  If its something mundane it would have come out by now, officially or unofficially.
