Buy More greatness
Come on, you didn't love that the boss didn't notice his empty store because he was too busy thinking about donuts? And Chuck's line: "I don't know. How long do you think it will take him to eat a box of donuts?" was classic.

HBO rules Sunday nights
I'm also confused by how much anger True Blood evokes. I've enjoyed every episode so far.
Firefly
I may be a big old sci-fi nerd, but "Firefly" is at the top of my "cancelled-too-soon" list. Joss Whedon clearly had a plan for the overall series, but he wasn't in a rush to reveal it. Instead, he put together self-contained episodes with nuggets of information toward a greater picture, all the while fleshing…
I'm in love with everything but Olivia
She's the weak link, but I can ignore her, for the most part. I think the show if plenty of fun and am nowhere near throwing in the towel.
Living on HBO time…
I know that we're all used to the show that gives up way too much too early, because major network shows have to hook us early or the shows are cancelled. Me? I like True Blood and I like that they're not blowing thier load by episode three.
Best Tattoo I've ever seen
My friend had one of those Mom hearts done — you know, the big red heart with a white ribbon across it. Except he didn't put Mom in it. He left it blank.
My wife got me Civ IV for Christmas last year and said, "Well, I guess I'll never see you again."
What I wouldn't give to read the minutes of some of those meetings…
Treasurer
My thought on being Treasurer of the "We Hate Cordelia Club" being so funny has to be that it shows unusual maturity at an age when kids form "We Hate Whoever" clubs. It's the same reason I will teach my kids the word "quorum" and then laugh my ass off whenever they use it in context.
Clip heavy
Do I actually have to rent the movie? It seems to me you have enough clips here to add up to 97 minutes. Or at least it felt like 97 minutes.
I can't wait until I'm old enough to feel ways about stuff.
Dave's unfeeling, robotic ways
I thought it was a pretty good character moment for Dave because he is a little robotic and unfeeling, but he also knows he needs his staff to like him at least a little to keep working, so he goes along with it. Sadly, he doesn't realize that no matter what he does, only Lisa will do…
I told my wife that our dogs were going "absolutely bitchcakes" just last night. Whether she got the reference, I do not know.
Ole' Limberlegs went wa-alkin' down to ole' Miller's Creek.
woo-boo!
Yeah, I get how some might think Puppet Show is a weaker episode — it almost certainly is — but after years of evil ventriloquist's dummies, it was nice to have that flipped. That is a prime example of how Buffy completely subverted the monster/horror genre. Plus, after I Robot, You Jane, almost any other episode is a…
I eagerly await The Puppet Show in next week's edition. It's one of my top first season episodes, for the subversity of it all.
Any of you wanting to follow along but who can't afford the DVDs might check out Hulu.com. They have the full first two seasons available online. It makes pretending to work much easier.
Grandma's Boy was the only reason I even thought about seeing Strange Wilderness. I'm glad I didn't see it, but I'll defend Grandma's Boy any day. Not a bad movie. Not a life-changing movie. But I'll gladly watch it again — and maybe Diggstown after that.
It does get old after a while…
I used to love Aqua Teen and even 12 oz. Mouse, but those wear on you after too many random jokes about interrupting people and being an ass.
