I thought that's where they were going, too, but I guess they're taking the long route.

What makes it a "Spectacular"?
Isn't that usually associated with a spectacle of some sort?
Always with the hate
I'll never understand the out-and-out hate some people put in the comments on interviews. It's one thing if you think a movie is bad or an album is the worst an artist has ever done, but the way people go off on interview subjects makes no sense.
Yes, the Bodega Bay factoid is fairly well known, or at least I was told by everybody I talked to about my trip to California.
I liked God Bless You, but nowhere near as much as Deadeye Dick. I wonder where that would have landed on the list.
So many good shows
If we're going classic, let's see some "Barney Miller." I'd also love to see "The Adventures of Brisco County Jr.," "Homocide: Life on the Street" and the first couple of seasons of "Eureka."
That is an excellent use of the other series callback. Brava!
This is hardly porn.
I had to review the "Guide to Anal" for a site and, of all the porn they sent, this was by far the most boring.
And don't forget the awesome "Spider-man…No More!" cover rip off for Comic Book Guy's for lease poster.
"Please don't hit me, please don't hit me, please don't hit me…"
A stable of enemies
I am so glad to see both Rickity Cricket and The Waitress return after being burned by the gang so many times. The idea of their revenge quickly turning to jealously over not being in the gang (and their unrequited love of the least lovable two characters) was fan-fucking-tastic.
God I love the TV Club
You know, I'm a total TV freak and usually my friends stare at me, mouth agape, when they hear how much time and grey matter I devote to the televisual arts.
Learn to Love the Stand Alones
So, here's the thing — as much as I love the big story arc, the building, building, building suspense and the big payoff with the hint of worse things coming down the road, that might not be what's best for Reaper.
Just close your eyes.
That is what I do when the Sam/Andi crap comes on. I do respect Sam holding back on the Taylor pairing, but only because he was given the inside track by the Devil. I mean, come on — how do you believe anything that guys tells you?
Others on the block?
What other shows are getting the axe on the blog? Any chance we'll see a show get promoted from the "Other Shows" category?
Best Yet
I really enjoyed the two-soul episode. Sam is acting more confident, he's not resisting the job so much and he's not being pushed around by the Devil as much.
Virtual On
Wow…excellent job, guys. That is, indeed, the video game I was remembering. Now I just need to get a Sega Saturn and I can relive what it was like not getting laid in the dorms.
