Still my favorite time-travel movie, although the frequently overlooked Timecrimes comes awfully close.

I freaking love whatever version of "Serpents" they were playing at the end of this episode. Beautiful.

There's a surprising lack of action on display in the trailer which is a real risk for advertising a comic book film, but I love the general look and feel of helplessness and darkness here. Could be a lot of prestige behind this one.

I couldn't handle the pig violence…. it was almost too real.

The zombie cheese-grating his face through the fence was a nice visual touch. Overall I was just pleased the premiere wasn't a fluke quality episode.

10/10 Would buy all or any of them.

For some reason I think my favorite take away was the return of Badger and Skinny Pete

The final shot of the episode was quite the shift from the final shot of "Crawlspace". 2 seasons ago the show deemed Walt was damned, being lowered straight to hell, and the final shot of this seemed to allow Walt his redemption, with the shot ascending higher. Just a thought.

I wanted to love this film. I really did. And then the third act happened.

"Have you ever considered sending our friend Jesse to the Wall?"

No that was me.

"To J.F., my greatest fan. Who do you think J.F. stands for? James Franco? Jeff Foxworthy? Janky Funkbush?"

Great episode. Anyone know what the awesome song at the end was?

Next week is just going to be one hour of Huell staying inside, contemplating making some big decisions to contact Saul and struggling with his regrets in the claustrophobic style of the episode "Fly".
