He's the co-writer and co-director of the TV shows, but not The Invention of Lying, which… I don't wanna watch. Stephen Merchant's embarassing stories are the best thing about the podcasts and the XFM radio show. Oh, and played Darren Lamb, the manager, in "Extras," so there.
