I doubt anyone is going to get killed by ricin on the show actually. It's a symbol of Walt's typical convoluted attempt to solve problems and evade consequences. Notice how there's always something to interrupt the action when the ricin's about to be delivered to its intended target?

I thought Saul's line about Huell having "hands like hotdogs" was maybe the writers poking fun at the improbability of their own script last season.

The thing is, I would *like* to see them again, but I can't think of a way that the characters' paths crossing again would ever make sense. So I agree, I think they're probably out of the picture.

Gus Fring would never have prodded Hank to continue his investigation into the blue meth in a moment of drunken pride. Just because Walt managed to kill him doesn't necessarily mean he'll have the staying power that Gus did.

I seriously thought the "especially Ted's" line was a joke.

Walt's just helping Del Preston put on a really great rock show. "To the left and right of the stage are the machinegun nests, belt-fed Browning M-60s. Now these babies tend to heat up, so fire in three second bursts."

I certainly hope so, I definitely think those are some very interesting loose threads that were left there. Plus, I kind of want to see Gretchen put through a little of the hell that they subject every character on the show to. :)

I'm a bit disappointed to hear that season 5 is starting off in a "pulpy" direction as epitomized by the cousins. I always thought they were the hokiest turn the series ever took, "cool guys don't look at explosions" and all that.
