Really? Color me intrigued. I had heard good things about Defenders. I don't remember hearing anyone talk about the humor in the book.

Pizza Dog and Landlord Bro aside, the reason I absolutely love this series is because Fraction has purposefully shunned away from telling multi-issue story arcs. He's not doing the industry standard of six or so issues per arc. In making the issues standalone stories, he's really showcasing what makes comics great.
