For me, it's the last 30 seconds or so of "Kid" by The Pretenders. I mean, the whole song is just the most perfect aching pop song I've ever heard. But that fade out, with the chiming crystalline guitars echoing everywhere, is so lovely. I wish it went on longer on the record. Same thing could be said for *that*

I actually worked in a local theatre show with Francis M. Carlson, who played the blind man. Only film credit. He and his wife have bounced around the country since, working in community theatre.
