I feel like the new Watson/Holmes relationship is a bit more faithful to the
stories. Watson had his area of expertise and applied it when necessary
(in cases, chastising Holmes for his cocaine habits, etc) but when it
came to deduction and detective work and anything related, he readily
took a back seat to Holmes'
