Hey, I just discovered Dream Theater this year as well. I don't see what's to be embarrassed about, even if you were one of those silly people who could get embarrassed about liking something.

Interesting question.

I guess that means I should wish THANCERAIDS on you, or something…

I actually thought of Pierce Hawthorne, when he was embracing the gay culture surrounding his wipes. "Hey, bitches! I just found out that 'bitches' is what gay people call each other." I'm paraphrasing, but whatever.

I definitely agree with Erik's assessment that Diane seeking out "Blue Collar Poetry" is sort of a stealth mission statement for the show, with Diane as the the writers' stand-in character. I also agree with the assessment that there was always a level of condescension in her attempts to bond with the group - a sense

Lillith.

NORM!

"Blue Boy" would have been a good candidate for this series, but I don't mind the Christmas write-up.

Yeah, O'Neill makes a surprisingly decent detective, though it takes about as long as you'd expect for you to stop seeing Al Bundy in a trenchcoat.

Heck, I woulda given you a pass. Way better than the actual first comment to this article. Better luck next time!

I still wanted to grab the shit out of 'em…

Especially Phipps. He's supposed to be in charge around here!

Hey, that sounds fun!

Yeah, what @avclub-dcc2ff10ec33aeb5da8ef76fadf60e28:disqus said. Carla just panicked and told Turk she needed to think. It was a nice dramatic moment, but no real tension; the audience is assured of their happy ending.

So edible.

I'm not sure if IMDB fails to mention these sorts of appearances, or what, but talk show hosts have shown up playing themselves in various movies for a while, right? At least since the mid-90s. Like, if the main character of a movie makes a high-profile gaffe, they'll later be seen watching Letterman or Leno mock them

Dude, I'd never thought of it that way before. Weird.

So… yeah…

Hell to the yes.

Yeah, what a moment.
