Exactly. Imagine how dull the Disney version of Snow White would be without the Queen's scenes.

I was just about to make the same comment. I'm mad that they chose "Mirror Mirror" for this long-untitled film, because I love that novel - it's easily my favourite of Maguire's. Interesting take on innocence, and as you mentioned: Borgias. I would love to see a well-done film adaptation.

RIP Mr. Vincent Nigel-Murray, my favourite character.

Maleficent is not one of the best Disney villains, she is THE best. I may watch this episode just to see Kristen Baur van Straten play her But um, no way she would lose to the Evil Queen.

In the Grimm version only the stepsisters had their eyes picked out.

A second series has officially been commissioned. I'm excited. This is such a brilliant cast. I hope Lix gets more developed in the next series. She intrigues me.
