I have missed you, Baby Face Nielsen Ratings.

The Valeyard.

I remember watching this (and the Tales from the Darkside episode about the Grither) when I had a really high fever. It was a pretty fucked-up night.

Right? I VOLUNTEER AS TRIBUTE.

My first copy of The Hobbit had illustrations from that movie. I'm still miffed that this Thorin doesn't have a blue hood.

That is an amazing sequence. The movie is background noise comfort food for me, but I'll still drop everything to watch the riddle scene.

If Larry David ever goes on record as being a Kate Bush fan you really have this one nailed.

when did the Friday perv thread move to Tuesday?

I want Dale to really like coleslaw and it pisses Dewey off so much a completely inept fistfight breaks out.

YES.

I did not know this was coming out and nearly toppled a stack of hardbacks at B&N getting to this the other night. So far it's a really engrossing read.

Jim Henson's funeral is one long ugly cry from beginning to end. I cannot ever hear "Just One Person" again without breaking down.

This show was fucking amazing.

I miss Saturday Night Dead.

It's true. I make fun of the DMB fan aesthetic all the time ("it's all khakis and blue buttondown shirts and dinner at TGIFridays before the show!") but BNL is the same kind of thing and I try to see them whenever I can.

Heh, I do that too. The songs I skip are almost always Kevin songs.

Now, now. Freeman is the hedgehog. Cumberbatch is the otter.

Same. I am trying so, so hard to watch this week by week and not barge ahead.

Same. I went into this only knowing that it was a murder mystery starring David Tennant, and "Just. Wow" about sums it up. I am really, really looking forward to next week.

I have finally started watching The IT Crowd and am now fully behind Ayoade for Thirteen.
