This and heres the problem. You can almost, never EVER EVER prove 100% guilt. I am FOR death in certain cases, but if you cant be 100% sure, then I'm against, and frankly, you can't be 100% sure. Ever. Even if the person admits it. That's why the death penalty is wrong.
