lol, I always thought it was funny that only one of twin boys would be circumcised and that Doc would keep it that way for all the clones as well.

I don't know how much input GRRM has in the script writing of the show, so let's say they did kill off a character or put them in a situation that conflicted with GRRM's plans for the future books, I think they'd just have to deal with it.
