True, but in those seasons the changes weren't as blatantly discontinuitous as this year's were.

When the DVD comes out, are these episodes going to be in the correct order? With the 303/304 flip, the new year's episode coming after the wedding, and now this, the whole season has been kind of a mess, and it would be nice if the DVDs fixed it.

Exactly - comedy gold!
So Steven Weber is playing the jailed dad? Was he on the show and I missed it, or are they just teasing the casting for next year?
Say the whole word? "A jewish in the desert"? Where did you learn how to address people?
With Beckett off the force and Esposito on suspension, I'm kind of hoping we come back from the Summer to find out Castle spent months just working with Ryan. Seems like they could get a lot of mileage out of that.
I can't tell you the title, but I'm pretty sure there was an episode where they went to Africa and met a fake Dian Fossey/Jane Goodall who was training monkeys to obtain diamonds for her.
Until this week's tag, I didn't even realize how much of a cliche it was for episodes of Law and Order to end with them getting the news that the manner in which they'd tried the case had wound up with something tragic happening to an innocent person.
That's weird - I was sure they were saying 'Widmark' for a Kiss of Death reference.
I know, but that still lives the big question unanswered - who told Macawi that Bridget was living in New York under the name "Siobhan Martin"?
There's actually one pretty huge dangling plot thread (unless, again, I wasn't paying close enough attention) that I'm pretty sure was designed to keep Machado around next year.
Okay, I've said before that Bridget is perhaps the dumbest (non-animated) main character on television, but in that last scene with Solomon she basically reached Homer Simpson levels of stupid.
While the Andrew and Bridget scene completely worked, I thought there needed to be a beat with Juliet where she - while still hurt - announces that "This explains everything!"
I suspect Kevin was their fake Jason, who was either not seen, or was the guy with a bag over his head who kills people by putting bags over their heads.
The spewing blood was the Angry Molesting Tree - a bunch of roots reach out, grab a guy, pull him back in, and then blood fountains out Evil Dead 2-style for a few seconds.
In the film they establish that the hose came from a Christmas tree lot next to the ATM kiosk.
My favorite thing about the movie was that they really wasn't a 'twist' at all. Right from the beginning it's clear that Whitford and co. are working on something more important than simple murder, and they start praying over the dead and you know exactly what's going on.
Well, since it's been living in the woods by the Kingsroad since it ran off, I'd imagine it will return exactly when it's needed, just in time to protect her from the stronger force of city guards who are on the way.
I'm worried I missed something last season - does the Knight Watch recruiter know that he's protecting the King's last heir, or was he simply harsh to the guardsmen because his best friend is Ned's brother?
