This is true. It feels like we keep torturing ourselves though whenever we do these "worst ever" lists, for the sake of some petty hatred, that by all means, shouldn't affect us anymore.
Like Bad to the Bone I sort of enjoyed at first, then massive rotation on classic radio kinda killed it for me. Of course I've pretty much forsaken broadcast radio since I discovered the internet, THANK FUCKING GOD!!
I wonder if song hate like this is mostly attributed to whatever massive airplay said song received at the time. Like would we hate it as much if it never made the charts?
