I enjoyed the entire series, personally.  Even the books that didn't go anywhere, for me (since I was reading them as they came out, starting at Book 3) was a chance to spend time with a bunch of characters I really liked. There were no POV characters I didn't like, whether they were good guys, bad guys, grey-area…

Kinda. Sorta.  I mean, for the most part, I liked all of the characters, and so I didn't really mind nothing significant happening for 700 pages.  The characters just living in the world, going through daily life (whatever it was for that character at the time) was totally cool for me.
