You mean the royalties from "Things Change" aren't enough to pay for this? Why, that film is practically this generation's Rocky Horror.

Nothing will make you appreciate Layne Staley's vocals more than hearing a bar band cover pretty much any AIC song.
Starring Precious as Joe Biden.
No way. Every musician has the right to earn lots of money for pursuing their passion. This is how they make their living, don't you know!
I don't really like this movie, but I think the main reason it flopped is because it actually is what Michael Mann said it was going to be - a dark and gritty take on the popular TV show.
YOUUUUUUU AND MAAAAAAAY, MAAAAAAAY AND YOUUUUUU.
Yes! I knew I saw this! Fudge looked nothing like I had envisioned him.
It's amazing how uncool Lyle Lovett's music really is. He seems like a weird offbeat guy and he clearly has a sharp sense of humor, but his music is just so much meh.
A lot of critics, especially internet ones, seem to delight in just bashing a movie. There is really nothing interesting about that. Guys like Ebert (and Siskel) loved movies, but not only that, they loved the people who made movies too. If Ebert hated a movie he always had a good reason why, and even if you disagreed…
I don't understand - shouldn't this come out around Halloween or something?
Old post I realize but it's the Rio.

This is a startlingly good movie. Every time it's on TV I watch it.
Jupiter Affect wrote a song about her too. Or about her hair, anyway.
I saw these guys open for MU330 way back in the day, probably just a few months after they formed. It was funny because no one was there or cared or bought any of their stuff, but a year or two later they were massive as hell. I have no idea how the music industry works.
True, but to follow the analogy, Tyler Perry movies are like that woman whose whole body turned toxic and made all medical personnel violently ill and forced them to leave the room.
If I were a film critic, every review of a Tyler Perry movie would begin and end thusly: "The credits came up, I saw that it was a Tyler Perry movie, I exited the theatre."
I doubt Taylor Kitsch will ever get another chance.
Apparently Genya Ravan is one of the main characters. That is weird and oddly specific. Maybe this movie will actually attempt to be legit.
All I wanna know is who is the hottie in the zebra dress and will she call me?
